I am not a big fan of Grand Luxe or Cheesecake Factory. Food was very bland to me IMO.
Houstons is real good. Get the spinach dip appetizer! 
I have been meaning to check out City Cellar. Anyone been there?

Love Grand Luxe! The Kobe beef hot dogs are so good and so are the short ribs. I like there margheritas and of course the molten lava chocolate cake! Can you tell I'm hungry

recently went to Il Formaggio on Old Country Road and it was great
I also like PF Changs (Chinese) at the Source Mall and Shiro's (Japanese) on Old Country Road.

Right by the mall is Houstons- love it!
Then there is Cafe Formaggio on Old Country which is another favorite of mine
West End Cafe is about 5 minutes away on Glen Clove Road and it is AWESOME!!!

City Cellar is GREAT. It's across from target off of merchant's concourse - close but not AT the mall.
