Need some fish recipes....
I don't really like fish but I feel I should cook it once in awhile. Does anyone have any good fish recipes that even "non fish" eaters might like.

Re: Need some fish recipes....
maybe flounder or grey sole? its not a fishy fish at all.. i take a cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on the bottom i place the fish .. then i mix fresh garlic parsley salt pepper oregano olive oil and bread crumbs and i pat a thin layer on the top of the fish squeeze a lemon over it and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes on 375 .. sometimes i even add slices of tomato
i also have the fish guy fillet whiteings for me and i dredge them in flour garlic powder salt and pepper and pan fry them in olive oil till browned
fillet stuffed with crab meat
i take fresh lump crabmeat and mix with garlic parsley salt pepper paprika bread crumbs and olive oil and stuff a nice amount in the fish and secure with a toothpick lightly grease a pan and put the fillets in and bake for about 30-35 minutes .. you can also use the same mixture for shrimp .. butterfly the shrimp and put about a tablespoon on each and bake about 15 min
