Any South Beacher here?
I am on day 14 of Phase 1. I know I could stop but with the amountof weight I need to lose I am going for two extra weeks. I have been completely unable to lose all the baby weight I put on and summer is just around the corner! Also my DH is doing the diet with me- he is the source of my motivation but helping me stick with it.  Is anyone else on it?

I love South Beach. I lost 40 pounds on it. I found it really easy to stick to all things considered.
