Here's my MIL's recipe (they've been making it for like 60 years or something).
1 pkg chicken breast
soup greens (I add extra carrots & greens)
dill
parsley
Put it all in crockpot on med (I think, or it might be hi) for 6-8 hrs, when ready to eat add 1-2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
I use orzo or small bows as the pasta, and I keep it separate from the soup until ready to eat.
