Need motivation
Ugh- I stalled. I lost 12 pounds on WW and have lost my motivation. I stopped journaling- which I KNOW is what keeps me OP. I love going to meetings, but knowing I won't have a loss is what's keeping me. I haven't gained anything (thanks to BFing) but I haven't lost in weeks either.
I also haven't been to the gym- which is a HUGE way to stay motivated as well.
Since I *KNOW* what I need to do- why do I find it so hard to do it?

Re: Need motivation
have you signed up for a race? that keeps me motivated to exercise even on those days when I just want to crawl into bed.
If you can get a partner to do the races with too that's even better...that way you can't back out of the race.

Re: Need motivation
can you grab a fitness friend- someone to workout with? knowing i have a gym date or workout date helps me stay committed. i also hired a trainer when i felt really down so i had a reason i HAD to go to the gym... then i eased up on the trainer when i started to get motivated again.

Re: Need motivation
Get your butt to a meeting ASAP. It will give you a fresh start and a renewed outlook on things. I quit (and subsequently gained) so many times when avoiding meetings. GO!!!
