Motivation Needed
I finally got the green light from my doctor to start working out again after 3 weeks of doing nothing. I have totally fallen off the exercise and WW wagon. Help me get back on track. I have gained at least 2 pounds and I need help!

First off You can do it!!!!!!!!
You have proved it to all of Us here on the WW thread and on the boards alone
Go back on the WW thread and read about your Progress!
Look at the pics of yourself at your reunion!
And most of all remember how good you feel about yourself when you are following program & excercising!
Last but not least We need you & your Inspiration here on the boards!
