What do you know about these meds?
My IVF protocol includes the following meds:
Gonal F
Repronex Injection
Ganerelix Injection
Deaxmethagone (spelling?) Pill
What can you tell me about these meds? Thanks!

Gonal F - FSH (follicle stimulating hormone drug) to grow follies
Repronex Injection - I was never on this but it has both an FSH and LH (lutenizing hormone) to grow follies
Ganerelix Injection - is used to suppress ovulation, usually brought in when the lead follie is about 12-13mm
Dexamethadone - a steroid hormone. I think its to help implantation, but don't quote me on that.

This was my last IVF cycle. Gonal F in the morning and repronex at night... eventually adding in ganerelix. Dexamethasone is supposed to decrease swelling after retrieval I believe. HTH!
