Couch to 5k-going to do it!!
Ok, I am going to do it!!! Couch to 5k-starting this week, I just decided today.
I used to be a runner when I was younger, but was never a long distance runner. I am going to start this program, since it starts fairly slow, and I want get rid of this baby weight.
Wish me luck!!! (I'm tired just thinking about this already-but hopefully I can get my butt in gear!)

Re: Couch to 5k-going to do it!!
First question-maybe TMI- I have larger ta ta's...and I used to put 2 sportsbras on to control them when running. I just read somewhere a couple of weeks ago not to do this. Any suggestions?
When I normally run, I feel like the wind gets taken out of me so fast bc of all the movement on my chest.

I used to be an athletic trainer at Uconn and one of my basketball players had a big chest and we used to have to wrap ACE bandages around her chest for games. It definitely helped her!

I always run with 2 bras on... otherwise they are out of control! I didn't know this is bad... did it say why???
and best of luck with the running... you will do great!!!

I'm on week 2. So far, so good. I actually wanted to run yesterday but I know you're supposed to take a day off for rest.
Good luck If I can do it, anyone can!

I don't want to wrap ace bandages, and I have no idea (can't remember) why the article said not to wear 2 bras.
DH told me last night that he is going to do the program with me. But we need to do it on opposite nights bc we have DS (one of us needs to stay with him)

That is so exciting!!! I love when people decide to take up running - how fun!!!
Before I had lost all my boobage I would run with 2 bras as well. Worked for me!

Re: Couch to 5k-going to do it!!
Did my first run last night, was harder than I thought, I haven't exercised since before DS. My legs were burning
I probably looked pathetic running around my neighborhood so slow, but I have to start somewhere.
I can't wait to start looking/feeling better again. I love getting that workout 'high'.
