How can I cook my Zucchini?

So I bought a zucchini and I am not sure what I want to do with it.. I know I want to make it as a healthy side dish and was wondering if I put it in a pan with butter and garlic or would I be better with olive oil and garlic..

I am open to anything..

I would use olive oil instead of butter. You could slice it, toss it with a little olive oil, some garlic and pepper and broil it to give it a little crispiness.

definitely olive oil. get it nice and hot...add the garlic and the zucch's...sliced up. cook for a few minutes, untill firm but soft...aldente

blackened spices. i love veggies with cajun spices. I make my own and keep it on hand. it tastes DIVINE.

Day Day , core out the zuchini . take the flseh that you cored & fry with some evoo , chopped tomatoes & then brown some bread crumbs . After thats cooked thru a lil put it back into the zuchini & spinkle some grated cheese on top & bake till cheese melts.. so so good

Marinate in balsamic vinegar and a little oil and then grill it...YUM
