what to make w/ 2x baked potatoes
So this coming weekend I am making my SIL's birthday dinner. She has requested twice baked potatoes and "whatever meat I wanted to make". Any suggestions of what goes good with 2x baked potatoes...anything but fish please! I love to cook and try new recipes, nothing is too difficult. TIA

I vote for steak.. but if it's for a crowd I'd do a more budget friendly marinated london broil or sirloin.

Silver tip roast beef is pretty darn close to as delicious as filet mignon, but far less expensive.
