Re: myrtle beach

end of april isn't so bad down there. i lived there in the early 00's for 2 years as a waitress.

from Labor day until Memorial Day -- the beach is pretty dead. but as the weather starts to really warm up like around april...i think its a great time to go! its not nearly as packed as the summer - but you still get great weather.

Re: myrtle beach

We will be there in April. I am planning on a pretty busy time, being spring break and all and temps of 60-75. WHen are you going?

I used to work at Broadway at the Beach! I worked at Liberty Steakhouse and Brewery--if you like microbrews --- its great. Their happy hour is fantastic--try the cheese fries!

At nite on the other side of Bway at the Beach -- there are several bars and clubs - and at nite they are usually pretty busy and full of people.

Crocodile Rocks is great -- they tend to have dueling pianos and karaoke

Shucker's is a great raw bar there -- and usually has good drink specials

Froggy Bottomz is also good for drinks and music

Club Boca is if you are looking for a dance club

Revolutions is a retro club so they tend to play lots of 80's and 90's music

I could go on and on about Broadway at the Beach. Chat Icon

As for restaurants -- Landry's is good for seafood as well as Joe's Crab Shack. Tony Roma's is alright.
