AF question
sorry for the dumb question but when do you consider CD1, on the day you started spotting(very lightly) or on the day it fully comes?

great thank you, because with me it takes about 2 days for the full flow and I always get confused(sorry TMI)

great thank you, because with me it takes about 2 days for the full flow and I always get confused(sorry TMI)
I get 2 days of spotting too, I always use full flow as CD1.
