I eat before I go to the gym so I try and have a balanced meal on the small side (I always have a post-gym snack).

An egg white omelette (usually with just veggies) with a slice of toasted Ezekiel bread - 2 pts

3/4 cup Kashi go lean cereal and 1/2 cup of skim milk - 2.5 pts

3/4 cup Special K protein plus and 1/2 cup skim milk - 2 pts

Egg whites on a stop and shop bagle with a slice of 2% cheese - 2.5 pts

When I'm feeling lazy I'll have a packet of instant oatmeal (made with water) - 2-3 pts

Yogurt with fresh berries (3 if you use Yoplait light)
1 pt english muffin or 1 pt bagel

1-egg + 1 or 2 egg whites scrambled = 2 points I mix it with a little spinach and top with salsa for added flavor.

You can add 2 WW slices of toast = 1 point and an a little dash of cheese or 1 cheese slice 1 point for more... but I just stick with the scrambled eggs for 2 points and it keeps me filled for a WHILE...

I like to eat my breakfast once I get to work. So I tend to bring things that I can bring from home.

This morning I had a weight watchers bagel with ww cream cheese & 1 sliced strawberry.

I also buy ww yougrut - 1 pt for a container.

On Sundays I will pour egg beaters into cupcake tin & bake for 8-10 mins. Than I just pop them out - throw into a ziplock bag and grab one to bring to work. I reheat for 20 secs when I get to work.

WW bread with natural peanut butter & a banana.

Oatmeal w/ some granola and fruit. I buy the fruit from the fruit guy on the corner of my office.

I have either an egg white omelet with veggies or

1 hard boiled egg and 2 egg whites with 2 slices of light bread

or

Fiber one bar

or

cup of mixed fruit

1 cup multigrain cheerios (2 pts), 1 banana (2 pts), 1/2 cup 2% milk (1.5 pts) and glass of low acid OJ (2pts)- Total of 7.5 pts
