Gross taste from prenatals?
I just started taking them yesterday and YUCK! What a horrible taste I get when I burp (sorry, lol). Does this happen to you ladies as well???

Vitamins in general always bothered me. I take my prenatals after dinner with a full day of food in me and I haven't had a problem. I take the CVS brand.

Maybe I should try that. I took it after breakfast and am STILL burping up that flavor! Yuck!!!! I wonder if the Rx brands are just yuckier!

yes....its totally disgusting. I started taking them at night, instead, which alleviates the problem.

ITA: Night time is better. I have a hard time swallowing them so I crack mine in half. But i still have trouble choking on them. LOL

Try taking them with something. I am fortunate in that they don't bother me, but I am on another medication that tastes like shiiitt and sticks with me for hours 
Also maybe keep some gum around or mouthwash-I do that with the meds I am on that taste yucky!

I've noticed some are worse than others. I find they go down much smoother after dinner and on a full belly.

Today is day 5 that I'm on them and the taste is going away a little...maybe it is worse at the beginning since it is new?
