CBEFM
I got AF this morning and since I am going to test in the morning I set today for CD1, but I didnt know how to set the time? And do I have to turn the CBEFM on everyday to see what day to test?
Thank you,

Re: CBEFM
the monitor has a built in clock so you dont set the time.
set the M button for a time when you will test every morning. like if you get up at 6 am to get ready for work, set it then. it will give you a 6 hour window (from 3am-9am) and you can test anytime in that window with FMU. You have to set it within the first 5 days of your period.
it will probably ask you to start testing around day 9 or 10. but maybe the first month might be sooner.
if tomorrow is day 2 for you, it will not be asking you to pee on the sticks that early.
does this make sense?
