Fire and Ice Restaurant

Does anybody know where there is a restaurant like Fire and Ice on Long Island? We love going to restaurants like those, but weren't sure if there were any like that around here... Thanks!!

No help on Long Island, but they just opened a Fire and Ice in the Palisades Mall.

I had to look this place up - b.c I haven't heard of it before. It reminds me of a place we used to go to when DH was in law school in MI - a mongolian bbq place. You go and chose veggies, meats (seafood, chicken etc) and sauces etc. then bring the bowl up to the grill and they cook it on this huge round slab in front of you. We were hoping that there would be one like it on LI when we moved back but no such luck.

Fire & Ice says that they are opening on in West Nyack I think.

we just ate at fire and ice in the pallisades. OMG.... so yummy. they not only do the regula stiry fry type stuff, but they have hamburgers and steak to make philly cheese steaks wihch they striy fry and put on rolls for you. i had the most amazing philly cheesesteak with pineapple and onions and a pineapple curry sauce on it. it was to die for. i can't wait to make the trip up there again to go back.

We always used to go to the one in Boston - whenever we were there!!!!
