This sounds great! Maybe I should tell my MIL to make this tonight.
But I can't complain, I believe she is making polenta as well and some pasta e fagioli made especially for me. I had a dentist appointment yesterday and my food selection is limited for the next few days.

Something with Shrimp and Asparagus…thinking about doing it with a cajun seasoning and maybe with some cheesy rice or pasta….

Re: What's for dinner-Fat Tuesday
Last night was great. We had roast pork and ribs in bbq sauce, sausage, mini sausage quiches ( which my mom INSISTS on calling quickies LOL ), home made pasta ( macaroooooon ) with vodka sauce
for dessert - nutella empanadas!
