Question about OPK
I read the instructions for the FROPK I got. It does not say anything about holding in urine for 4 hours, but I heard you are supposed to do that. Can someone explain? Why is that necessary?

It builds up the hormone it is testing for. Your best bet is to follow the directions on the box. But it can't hurt to hold your urine.
