What CD is an IUI done?
I am on CD 1 today. Do u know what day they usually do the IUI? This will be my 1st time. I have to be at work next Monday (CD9) for a meeting. Will that be a conflict?

It varies from person to person, it's hard to pinpoint a specific day. Do you typically ovulate on your own? And if so, do you know when you ovulate? For me, I usually had my IUI's around CD21 or 22. I never ovulated on my own without medical intervention.

Sorry----I didn't realize that it varied so much. I O on my own, but they are putting me on Clomid as of Tuesday and will be "triggering me" (?). I usually O around CD 10 but I'm not sure if triggering changes that? My cycles are pretty short---about 23-24 days.
(Umm....can u tell I am clueless?  )

well..i was on clomid from days 4-8; Day 13 i went in for the IUI b/c both dr's told me clomid will pretty much make you ovulate on day 14. which isnt true for everyone.
I told them i dont normally ovulate on day 14..more like 16-17 and they just poopooed me and said no no..dont worry; and sure enough i was testing high from days 10-15 and peaked on 16 (with the CBEFM).
So its hard to say. they will have to monitor you or you will have to test with oPKs for your surge and then go in right after that.
DH and I Bd on the nite of day 15 and i peaked on Day 16, so im not sure if the IUI worked or if it was the BD right before O day. I do believe that the clomid was abig factor in the BFP i got this month.

Yeah, it can vary and that is why they will have you coming in for blood tests in the mornings. I usually O'ed around CD 14-17. I took Clomid CD5-9 and with that I usually O'ed about 5 days after the last pill (so CD14).

definately varies my first month so far i started injectibles on day 2 and had my iui on day 10 and 11, i also always ovulated on my own but usually day 18 with a 32ish day cycle, then this month i got my period on day 21.

I've had them as early as day 10 or 11 and as late as day 15 or 16. I was monitored by sonogram (usually on CD11), OPKs and I was asked to temp and chart as well.

I have gone in for IUI on CD 16 and CD15. I normally O'd around CD16-18 anyways.
