I was just curious...
Is it still possible to become pg if you BD 2 or 3 days before ovulation? Just curious  Thanks!

yes you can. Sperm can live for about 5 days in a woman's body.

definitely! I'm positive that we conceived prior to ovulation, at least by 2 or 3 days.

i had an iui done this month on day 13..ididnt ovulate until day 16. we also BD on day 15..so i hope it worked!!

Thanks! I am not 100% sure the exact day that I ovulated...I have not been tracking ovulation this month since I had the D&C a little over 2 weeks ago. Monday night, Tuesday, and Wednesday I had all the symptoms that I usually get during ovulation: CM, a migraine, cramps, and pelvic pain. We BD most recently on Tuesday night. So, we will see. This month was kind of whatever happens, happens. When AF shows up, I will start temping and using the CBEFM again.

Definitely-sperm can live in fertile CM for usually 48 hours. Up to 72 actually, I have read. Good luck
