i've seen it there for less than $150
also, if you have a flex spending account through your health insurance, its FSA eligible through drugstore.com

I don't know where the best place is but I bought mine from drugstore.com including sticks, etc.

I got mine on E Bay also. It was $150 but came with a box of sticks (30). I got one that was new. They have some that have been used. I don't know if I would buy a used one on E Bay but would definitely buy/take one handed down from someone that I knew. HTH Good Luck!!
