They provide you with this mesh netting panties the first day or so, but you def will need granny panties when you go home. I just brought white cotton ones at Target (get a bigger size then you normally are) and threw them away. I found the netting panties were not very "stable" in holding everything in place

Yeah they give you those netting ones that do the job for the first day.
I brought granny panties with me and honestly HATED them and never wore them. They were so uncomfortable and totally didn't work with my c/s wound. So this time I bought very low rise bikini cut panties.
