How often. . . .

I am currently 5w2d . . . . and have few symptoms.

So Im wondering. . . .

How often does one go to their 8 week appt and not find a heartbeat, etc.

How many of you have heard of this happening? Is it common?

I'm sorry to say I don't have the answer to your question, but in regards to having no symptoms that is completely normal. Try not to worry...I know, easier said than done.

try not to worry! it is completely normal not to have symptoms! i was 6 weeks along before I figured it out. the few symptoms i had were what I thought were Aunt Flo symptoms (cramps, tired, etc.)

While most women that do miscarry do miscarry within the first 8 weeks, it's not that common when compared to all the pregnancies that go to term. try not to worry!!!!!

Please don't worry, I know that's easier said than done. I didn't start to get sick until around 6 and 1/2 weeks along and I am 17 weeks tomorrow and still get bouts of sickness here and there. So you might still get symptoms, but just haven't experienced them yet. Good luck at your appointment! I'm sure it'll be fine.

I had minimal symptoms myself, - and keep in mind you are still very early along - don't worry, stay positive.

We saw a heartbeat at 8w2d....
