Can I be prego?
So the OPK did not show me a surge (doing the one w/ smile or no smile and only got no smile)..I did notice around day 17 or so the EWCM....and we BD. Is it possible that I can not get the surge and still be prego? I do have PCOS and Endometriosis so I am very skeptical that I would be prego...but figures that I would ask you all...thanks.

How long are your cycles? Where are you in your cycle now?
When did you stop using OPKs?

Re: Can I be prego?
I was reading in taking charge of your fertility last nite about PCOS. I believe it said that with PCOS a confusing sign is the cervical fluid..b/c pple with PCOS tend to produce a lot of it, or for most of the cycle. So it tends to be very a confusing sign for people with PCOS..
maybe this is what you're describing.
i also think anything is possible and even though the OPK didnt detect a surge, doesnt necessarily mean it didnt happen. I use the clear blue monitor and one month all i got was high readings, no peak surge detection...so i think anything is possible.

Re: Can I be prego?
The cycle that I got pregnant I didn't get a . I was on vacation & I think I started testing too late. I must have ovulated earlier than normal that cycle. I thought it might just be annovulatory until I got the BFP.
It is possible to be pregnant, but it's also possible you haven't ovulated especially if you have PCOS. I don't know too much about it, but I've read that you may have periods that show fertile signs even though you did not ovulate. I hope you get it all figured out!

If your cycle could be as long as 41, it's possible you may not have O'd yet. If you have any OPK tests left I'd test another few days just in case. I also actually liked the cheap OPKs with the lines because I could see the surge coming because the second line would get progressively darker rather than a flat out yes or no with the smiley. Then I used the smiley to confirm when it looked like the cheap test was detecting a surge.
