The reason I had a sono yesterday was bc i have had a hematoma since 6 weeks and they check it every 3 weeks. It was getting smaller until yesterday and it grew alot.
My told me he wants me out of work until my Level II to see if the hematoma will stop expanding and in fact shrink.
He felt that my long commute on the LIRR, 2 subways and walking, in addition to the fact that i am a RN might be causing this hematoma to grow.
So, I am home now which is not what i needed right now and I have no clue how this will affect my leave for when the baby is born, FMLA, etc.
He didnt want to put me on full bdrest bc i do have a clotting disoreder (that is why this happened in the first place) and he doesnt want my immobility to cause me to make a blood clot. So he told me light activity around the home. Sit more that on my feet.
