What cold remedies worked for you?
I have had sinus congestion for 9 days(hence no sleep either). I went to the doc and luckily it is not a sinus infection. What safe meds worked for you? Tylenol Cold is doing nothing for me.
Help Please

Saline spray, sudafed, hot showers, humidifier. I was told not to take any antihistamines with a cold. Also, if you have bad headaches, facial pain and when you blow yellow or green comes out (sorry if TMI) it is a sinus infection.
