Question abour pre-natal vitamins
Do they make you constipated or at least poop less?

i have not had issues with that personally, but they are known for screwing with the belly.
lots of pple get nausea too...

Yes.
They have increased Iron in them, and that makes you constipated.
My mom works in a pharmacy and she was explaining this to me...the one my doc gave me has a stool softener in it to combat this issue. (My body has been adjusting this week  )

My old ones did (GNC brand) - but I am taking the Rainbow Light Ones now and they have been very good to me!

They do have a stool softener. I think its Pre Care or something. Gyno prescribed them last month. I'll see how my body adjusts and go from there. Thanks for the quick response! I guess I never had enough iron b/c I never had this problem!

these are what im taking now, and they are great. they dont repeat on me or upset my belly at all...highly recommend them.
i got them at target.

Vitamins usually kill my stomach but I take my pre natals (CVS brand) at night after dinner. I have not had any problems.

I have been taking OTC ones I got at Walmart. I dont seem to have any problems with them. I have issues without them and my habits have not seemed to change to much.
