Those of you with IBS and TTC
How do you feel throughout the month? I feel really nausea when I'm Oing now which never happened before. Each month seems to be different for me every since I was told I had IBS 9 years ago. I used to only feel bad the week before my period, now things are changing. Any thoughts? I am 38 and have never had a child. Do you think that has anything to do with it? It might just be the stress of being 38 and not having a child yet.

i didn't notice a large change in my stomach before or after o. the main problem for me (even when on the pill) was always DURING my period...that was always HORRID for me....constant going....and i mean CONSTANT...
have you changed your vitamins at all? are you taking any at all??
(i have IBS-D - though being pregnant has helped a lot - THANK GOD!)

I have IBS-C. So some times my naseau is from that. Maybe it's just been my anxiety about TTC.
No vitamins. I guess I should start to take them. I keep meaning to. Maybe it would help balance anything out that needs balancing.

Re: Those of you with IBS and TTC
Prenatal vitamins may be good for you - though SOME cause constipation...so be careful.
A friend who has YOUR problem (ibs-c) suggested to me Target brand Prenatals...they don't bother her stomach and for the entire time i've been taking them - they don't bother me either...
TTC Stress can be overwhelming - i'm sorry that you are dealing with it. Try to find an outlet for the stress....get lost in a good book or movie, take time to relax, etc... These won't solve the problem, but may help...

Thank you for the info. Next time I'm at Target I will look for them. Thanks!
As for the stress, I'm starting Yoga classes soon, so I'm hoping that will help me out. My Anxiety has been getting worse lately around O time, right before AF and right after AF. I can't take three weeks out of a month feeling like this. Something has to change. Thanks for responding.
