Have any of DH's mentioned this??

My DH has been reading "The Expectant Father" that i got him for christmas and he said last night that he has gained 3 pounds (he's skinny minnie from the get go so he shouldn't be complaining) and has weird cravings. The book mentions something about male pregnany symptoms....has this happened to any of your DH's??

Yep. DH did not gain weight, but he inherited my sciatica for a short while.

DH is ****** b/c he said he's gained twice as much weight as I have
But other than that, no, he doesn't have 'pregnancy symptoms' -

my DH gained a lot of weight with me - but that was because i craved sweet stuff and always had it in the house, so he ate it too. not because he had any weird cravings

Apparently, my DAD used to gag every morning while he was brushing his teeth while my mom was pregnant with me. Mom, on the other hand, had no MS Men are such drama queens!

DH has definitely gained some weight-- mostly because I am not being the nazi about eating that I would be if I wasn't pregnant. And-- whatever I don't eat, he still finishes!

Also, I have noticed that whenever I complain about something-- he is like, oh yeah-- I get that too. Last night I even said to him-- um, what are you pregnant? You seem to be having all the same symptoms as me!

Yes, DH has been gaining plenty of weight with me.

DH gained a lot of weight with me during the last pregnancy, sympathy weight gain It didnt help that I would eat like a lunatic and he was always right there with me LOL.

This time though I dont think he will, he lost a lot of weight before our wedding and has kept it off. And I think this time I know I cant eat the way I did, so hopefully I dont gain 50lbs again either

DH has gained abit of weight also. I believe its cause of all the sh** I've had in the house. We usually don't have lots of goodies in the house, but now we have sweets in the house all the time.

My husband has definately gained my pregnancy weight, (I have only gained 13lbs and I'm at 36 weeks now) AND he says my hormones are contagious

Dh teases and says hes eating for 2.. Hes got a little pouch and we plan on working on getting into shape together this summer.

My DH has def gained quite a bit these past few months BUT he was so tiny that he needed it

My DH has gain a little weight. He's always been tall and lean, but now has a teeeeny belly, I think it's cute
He said it's because he has to finish his food and my leftovers

My DH started to gag just like me when he brushed his teeth. I would laugh every time (mean I know).

The first time he did it, I said, "When did you start doing that?" He said, "I don't know, recently." I replied, "Maybe you're pregnant too." He rubbed his belly and seriously said, "Maybe.."

My DH has gained more weight during my pregnancy than I have.

I have actually read that when women are pregnant, their husbands experience an increase in estrogen as well. So, a lot of the symptoms we feel, they do as too. Sort of like when 2 women live together they tend to get their AF at the same time -- its a similar phenomenon.

With that said, DH has gained some weight since I got pg. He also gets frequent headaches and is much more tired.

My DH is gaining what I'm not

He says he's eating for his family. He better watch it - he's going to blow up!

DH has gained weight with me. But I think it's cause all the cookies, and desserts I have had in the house!!

Dh gained weight until his cholesterol was checked a few weeks ago and it is SKY HIGH!! Now he can no longer indulge in my cravings and is on a strict diet. LOL.. Poor guy.. Hopefully he loses those extra pounds.

DH is gaining a little and has more cravings than I do.
I look at him like he has 10 heads..LOL
He says to me "I think I"M Pregnant".
My last Dr. visit, I didnt gain anything. He says "Yeah, Im gaining it for you"...

DH has gained more weight than me......I eat healthy, he has the cravings ha ha ha ha ha ha hah

My DH has lost weight and got in great shape. I hate him b/c he makes me feel fatter! We almost weight the same thing!
