Has anyone read the book "On Becoming Baby Wise"
If so, did you like it?? My cousin swears by it and I was contemplating getting it! Just looking for some feedback. TIA

My husband was just making fun of me for that when he heard I was going to get another book! Thats why I figured I'd ask if it was worth it before getting it!

I bought it and haven't gotten a chance to read it yet (with 7 weeks left, I hope to soon!). At least three people have strongly recommended this book to me, telling me it put their babies on schedules and it really worked.

I've heard some pretty negative things about that book, but I think they have revised things in newer versions and it is less controversial now.
The main warning I have heard is that if you are planning on breastfeeding, don't try to set a strict schedule early on. That can lead to weight gain and supply problems.

Re: Has anyone read the book "On Becoming Baby Wise"
I read some baby books before my son was born and in the end I wish I hadn't (especially Gina Ford) because I think that they give you an idea of how a baby should be, however, thats not the case and you wind up wondering what wrong with my baby! Whats wrong with me! Its not like the book said it would be! I wish I had waited until the baby came!
