BBT after O?
This is my first month TTC and first month off BCP - started off not tracking, charting, etc.
I am due to get AF on Wednesday.
I just purchased OPK for next month as well as BBT thermometer. Yesterday and today i took my temp first thing when i woke up (to get in the habit of doing it) It was 97.4 and 97.5.
Here's my question - i know that when you ovulate you have a big jump in temperature. Does it stay that way after you O?
Does my low BBT (two days before my expected AF) mean that i didnt ovulate yet?
If AF comes, does that mean that i definitly ovulated?

Re: BBT after O?
A few things...
Individual temps are meaningless.... it's the pattern of your temperatures that matters. You need to start in the beginning of your cycle before you ovulate in order to see that temperature shift - so please just disregard the temps you have so far.
With temping, you'll see a thermal shift. It's not necessarily a huge jump in temperatures, but you should be able to draw a horizontal line that separates your pre-O and post-O temps. (FF will do that for you if you enter your temps).
Also, be aware that your AF might not come on Wednesday. Since it's your first month off the pill, it can take a while for your body to regulate.

ITA! You can also have a fluke temp-it is the pattern...as you temp, you will get used to it!
