Charters
I started charting at the end of this cycle to get in the habit of taking my temp in the morning and work out any problems. I wake up for work at 6:30am so I set my alarm everyday for that time. The last 3 or 4 days I have been woken up by my husband at 4am, I had to go to the bathroom at 5am etc. so my times are all over the place. If you woke up for a few minutes at 4am would you just take or temp or go back to sleep and check at the usual time? Thanks

If you're just waking for a minute and not really moving, getting out of bed, drinking water, talking, etc. then I would just go back to sleep and temp at the normal time.
If you do any of those above things, I'd temp at that time (before doing those things) and record that - it will give you an open circle and will probably make your chart look wacky though!
It's really important to be consistent when you are temping - otherwise you may not be able to see the patterns.

Re: Charters
I had that happen a few times, but if your temps seem to fluctuate normally, I wouldn't worry because it is not a regular thing. Why don't you try temping at the time you wake abnormally and the time you set your alarm and see if there is a difference? Otherwise, I would try to make sure you get three hours of sleep if you can before temping!
