Yes, I have seen a lot of 1 shoulder tops out for Spring in stores recently. Should be the same for dresses.

I thought the same thing , that the one shoulder was of style. But I have seen so many red carpet pics of celebrities with the one shoulder again.
I think the one you posted is gorgeous.
