I wish I was further along
I am only 5w4d, but I wish I was more like 10 weeks. I don't feel anything and therefore don't feel pregnant. I lost the last baby at 8 weeks and I am so fearful of that happening again. Even DH mentioned it last night.
I know there's nothing I can do to speed up time or prevent another m/c, but I wish I was past that time frame so I can stop worrying so much.
It would help if I had a symptom or two.
Sorry. Just venting.

Re: I wish I was further along
I know exactly how you feel. This whole pregnancy i really havent had any "SYMPTOMS" No M/S nothing i tell you. Till the end i started feeling pain. From my own personal expierence the fear will of M/C will never go away as i have lost my first pregnancy and it really does stick because it took the joy out of enjoying this one to its full potential. My advice is just try and stay calm take your vitamins and continue doing all the right things. To make time pass i found i was working, doing research online, and just post like crazy on here. Your Pregnancy will FLY and then and then you will be saying "where did the time go" after 12 weeks i found it to be a little easier but not much. Good luck!

Re: I wish I was further along
You're still a little early to have any significant symptoms - I know it's scary, but try to just take the ride - you know worrying won't prevent anything from happening, and if you worry all the time, and wish away your first trimester, you'll regret it when you look back. It goes so quickly, and it's just such a miracle, try to enjoy and savor the moment

I know exactly what you are feeling. I will be 7 weeks tomorrow & if it wasn't for the hungry & constant bathroom trips, I would never know I was pregnant. You will feel a lot better on Monday after your songram.

Re: I wish I was further along
I know what you mean. I had a miscarriage 2.5 years ago at 7weeks4days and my DH is so worried we are going to lose this one too. I am 9 weeks now and everything is doing good but at every cramp or headache he is wondering. he cried on his 27th birthday last april because he thought he was getting old and upset he didn't have any kids yet. I bought him the book "The Expectant Father" from amazon and it has done wonder's for him and realizing what is going on each month and also what I am going through and how he can help. It's great. Try and keep your chin up, when you see that ultrasound and the little fluttering heartbeat you will feel much better, i know i did.

Re: I wish I was further along
I know how you feel. I am hoping that everything goes well for you.
I was in a similar situation and at 6 weeks when m/s started I was so happy. As one of the posters above said, just try to remain calm (nearly impossible I know) and hope for the best.
