Daycare
If you have to put your baby in daycare at what age are you starting them and what daycare are you looking into? I know I have to go back to work so will probably be putting my 3 or 4 month old in a daycare in Sept. Just wondering what recommendations you got on them.
Thanks!!

Re: Daycare
I can't help you with recommendations since I don't live in NY.
We just started looking at day care centers around us. My will be going when I go back to work. She'll be 5 1/2 - 6 months old by then.

Anyone else know where they're sending their child?

Re: Daycare
I'm going back to work @ 6 months and Baby K will attend daycare.
I hate when people say I'm "putting him in daycare' - it's like I'm dumping him off in the middle of the road or something
They are building a brand new facility right near my house and near the LIRR station which is awesome - I'm hoping I'm happy w/ it and he will go theer -

I know... it's something I have to do. I can't afford to stay home and would like to live comforably as well. Plus, I worked at a daycare when I was in college and thought it was great for kids. They're so advanced when they go to school and learn music, reading, dancing, gym, etc. They get put on a routine and there are so many activities the child does not get bored.
