I think I'm out!

12 DPO, and I took a HPT and BFN. I'm not going to delude myself with the "it's not over until AF shows" spiel. Women get a BFP on these tests 2 days before AF shows.

Now that I know how bad my PMS can be, in the future, I know to chill the hell out with these types of symptoms. I have it so bad, it feels like when I was early pregnant with my #1, but I think ever since having #1, all my PMS symptoms got worse. Some months are better than others.

I'm not going to say I didn't sigh when the Not Pregnant came up, but that was the extent of it. It's our 1st month trying, and we both are going into this with the understanding that it may not happen again anyway for several reasons. My life is perfect, and always will be.

I hope I'm the only BFN amongst you 2WW ladies with the same cycle as me!!!!

Just a few things though - digital pregnancy tests are less sensitive than the line tests. For example, the FRERs detect hCG at a level of 25, whereas the digitals might detect a level of 45 (just made up numbers... not sure of the real ones) - so you could get a negative on a digital and still be pregnant.

If you have a normal LP, AF will come on 15 - not 15 - DPO. You don't include the day AF comes in your count, so that would make it a 14 day LP, and then 15 DPO becomes CD 1... if that makes sense.

Last thing - maybe people test at 10, 11, and 12 DPO and get a BFN ... then get a BFP at 13, 14, or 15 DPO - so while not extremely common... it does happen! Implantation occurs anywhere from 6-10 DPO (but even as late as 12 DPO) and then your body needs time to build up hCG.
