No Smiley...confused
For the past five months every CD13 I get my smiley...so consistent that this month I was going to stop but when my doctor mentioned OPKs I figured I'd keep going so that when I do have my appt we don't waste time going backwards.
But now today is CD14 and no smiley...no weird cramps either. I don't understand

I read the pamphlet and some stuff from fertility friend. They said anything can knock off your O date. I wouldn't worry!

If there's any stress it's not something I'm aware of but maybe it's the holidays. I have to get another OPK tomorrow at this rate.

My cycles can change time to time. I'm sure it's due to stress, for me. I know that ever since I'm TTC, I get anxious to get that smiley, so I'm sure the anxiety plays a part too. If you know you ovulate monthly, I'm sure you'll get it in a day or two.

Ang - mine varies by a day each month.
First it was 16, then 15, then 14. I don't understand it at all but I think there must be certain things that throw us off for whatever reason!
If you don't want to buy a full pack I have lots opened here if you want for the next day or so?!

i've only had 2 cycles since coming of the BCP and both times my O date was different. So it is completely normal to not O on the same day each month. like the OP said stress or the holidays may have threw it off.

Well if we all O'd the same day every month then the OPK people would be out of business 
Are you sick at all? One time when I wasn't feeling great I didn't O until 3 or 4 days later than usual.

Thanks everyone! I think that I got so used to getting my smiley on CD13 that it threw me off to not see it this time...but what you all say makes sense. I'm running out to by more today (but thanks Diana for the offer!) and I'll just keep going.

I don't always trust the smiley one....they don't always work. I recommend just the plain old pee on a stick with a line ones....
The smiley ones are often faulty. (that has been my experience)

one more thing......I consistenlty O on CD 16. This month, I didn't, and thought just the way you are. Freakily, it happened on CD 18, 2 days later than normal.
Your body is NOT a machine.....it is a human body and subject to fluctuation....don't worry!
