Thoughts?
So I did my first clomid cycle this month. I had an IUI on 12/23 and 12/24. We also BD'ed on 12/24 at night. I estimate that I am in 10dpo. I have tested negative with a dollar store test this morning. I really don't have any symptoms except my gums hurt (they bled when I brushed last night) and my boobs and nipples are sore today. I had three follicles over 19mm. Am I still in? I thought for sure that if I was pregnant, the test would have been positive by now. Also, if I was pregnant, wouldn't I have more symptoms. I don't have any cramping whatsoever.
Am I being overly pessimistic or realistic here?

10dpo is way too early...you need to wait at least another few days.
Especially with a dollar tree.

My Gums hurt the day before I tested... I didn't realize this was a symptom... I just thought I needed to go to the dentist b/c I canceled my appt the month before during my 2WW... maybe it could be!

I found the Clear blue easy tests are pricey but they work well. They are accurate and exact, the digital: pregnant or not is easy to read. I tested 4 days before missed period and got the yes! Give it some time!

it's too early, you are definitely still a candidate for a bfp..and the gum thing is a a good sign as well..

I agree with PPs that 10 days is too early. You could have a late implanter.

Also, did you trigger (hCG shot)? That always makes my bbs sore.

Thanks! I guess I was being too quick to end this cycle. I did my trigger on 12/23, but I don't think it caused the sore boobs given that they just started bothering me today. It should be out of my body already. I have taken progesterone for the last four or five days, perhaps that is it.
Who knows? Maybe tomorrow will reveal a double line?
