i just feel that it does drastically change the taste of the food you make...

and to me then it isn't worth eating at all..

But yes, I would rather have smaller amounts of real food than light stuff.

I used to be the same way. But when I went on WW, and I saw how many more "points" it cost to eat the real food I was able to get used to some lite foods. For example, I can;t even drink regular soda anymore...too sweet! And regular peanut butter is too greasy!

i've gotten so used to them that sometimes i dont like the full fat versions when i do have them (and really guilty). i'm strange i guess!

EVERYTHING I eat is lite, low fat, fat free...unless I eat out.

I am so used to it...I can't tell you the last time I had real icecream or real full fat cheese.

I don't mind most of it, but course the regular is better. Except with diet soda, that is definitely better then regular.
