? Pre-natal Vitamins- possibly TMI
Sorry in advance for TMI but do your pre-natal vitamins make you a little constipated. I heard that a lot of them can make you sick so i have been taking them for the laast few weeks at night and i have been fine but i am noticing that I may be a lot less regular. Has this happened to anyone else? TIA

Definitely, when I was preggo with DD, my dr told me to take a fiber capsule daily.

Re: ? Pre-natal Vitamins- possibly TMI
im taking the womens one a day prenatals. my dr prescribed me prima care one but for some reason my insurance would only cover like $5 and i would have to come out of pocket $40! too expenseive for me ! so i decided to take the OTC ones instead to save myself the money since everyone said they're all the same.
which ones are you on?

Yes! I started taking pre-natals a few months ago and they wreaked havoc on my stomach. So, I stopped them and have been taking a multi-vitamin and folic acid. I will go back to them once I get a BFP.

Re: ? Pre-natal Vitamins- possibly TMI
prescription prenatals have a stool softener in them.
I had the opposite problem, the prenatal was giving me such stomach aches. I even switched to evening and it didn't help.

I just re-read the label and my prenatals say "No stool softener required" but i definitely see a difference
