Do you bother to POAS if you have every AF symptom?

Or can you not help yourself? I've got every AF symptom in the book and not TTC yet, but I'm thinking to myself, "oh, I should test tomorrow" WHY do we do this to ourselves? I promised myself I wouldn't be a nutjob this time but something tells me I'm there already

So if you are crampy and get your usual symptoms, do you usually still POAS or are you able to control the impulse?

I have in the past, but I am trying so hard not to throw money away anymore and wait till AF is late.

I used to test so many times per month and usually too early. Now, I don't even think about it until AF is due. Luckily (sort of), I spot before AF comes full force, so I just assume it would be a BFN. I figure when my time comes, I will know because AF will never come full force or I won't have spotting. I don't even allow myself to keep HPTs in the house!

We do it because we are females and can't help ourselves! I have done it because I am neaurotic No HPT in the house any more!!!

i was neurotic about POAS last month even though i was cramping. i was kinda hoping they were just early signs of pregnancy lol! this month, however, there will be no HPT's in the house! i wont buy one until AF is late.

i say that now but come 11dpo i'll be itchin' to buy some!
