You know your pregnant when...
your face breaks out like your a 14 yr. old  This happened with DS and it was terrible the whole 1st trimester.

i'm very lucky....i have broken out EVERYWHERE else....but my chest, neck and back are HORRID....(tiny red ones that HURT)

I've broken out on my face, my chin and my neck. I'm not having a boy either.

No truth based on gender- at least for me. 2 of my boys my skin was great & 2 were awful. This time I'm in the middle- maybe that means girl finally

Mine did, but it's come back with a vengence in my 3rd tri.

Yeah, and mine hasn't gotten any better in the second trimester. I'm even on prescription topical medication (ob approved), and I can only imagine what I'd look like without using any medicine.
My dermatologist said that he finds that the higher levels of testosterone with women carrying boys causes worse acne, but I've heard different things, so who knows.
