I know it is a lubricant, but how does it help conception?
Where do you get it?

drugstore.com carries it.
It doesn't "help" you get pregnant, but it's one of the only sperm friendly lubricants. Most lubriancts are not sperm friendly.

Nope.. unless you have dryness/lack of CM issues there really is no added benefit to using it.
We used it during my clomid and IUI cycles, only because the clomid completely dried me up so there was nothing there for the sperm to live in.
