CBEFM users
Here's what I don't get... how does the monitor detect your lh surge with FMU when the surge typically happens in the middle of the day?  OPKs always say to use them in the afternoon or evening. I don't get it.

right, but how does it detect LH with FMU?
You can detect LH with your FMU, but it will mean that the surge started the day before.. KWIM?
The CBEFM is combining the results of your LH and estrogen levels to get a better idea of your fertility status.
