Got into a big fight with my mother on christmas!!Update on the bottom!
im just so upset.my mother and i are really close, and we have a love hate relationship.My mother also is very controlling, and likes things her way. I had to work christmas eve and christmas day at the hospital!!So i just an hour to see everyone last night and i could tell she was cranky and tired and i was wiped and stressed and we just were soo like oil and water got into a screaming match told me i was not alot to stay at her house, and that i had to drive home, and called my DH a name. So i start to drive home, and she calls me saying i ruined her christmas, and that i a PIG, and other words, and that she is so upset i didnt sleep over her house and that she never wants to talk to me again. I just dont understand what her problem is. i didnt do anything.

i tired, and it didnt work, my whole family is so upset she is acting like this because i literally did nothing. She wanted me to sleep over on christmas to spend the next day with her and was but apparently i found out thru my aunt why she was mad. She was mad that my DH was going to sleep over too, b/c she wanted it to just be the two of us, but she asked him to sleep over last week at dinner, i mean is she nuts!!!!

I hope you can work things out-- a lot of people just go off the handle for no reason around the holidays. She's your mom and I am sure you will make amends.

thank you, i know we will. This happens from time to time, but im emotional as it is, so the crying was non stop.
