Too much estrogen

I am so disappointed. I am in the midst of my first IVF cycle and was supposed to start stimming tonight, but my blood work from the morning indicated that my estrogen was too high and they are keeping me on the Lupron to squash the follies I already started making.

I am off from work until the 2nd and my retrieval was tentatively planned for the 3rd/4th. Which would have kept me out of work when I am feeling the worst from stimming and the transfer would have been done before my birthday. Now everything will get pushed back.

It doesn't help that today is 3 years since we started trying.

That totally s*cks!! Sorry that you will be delayed this cycle and that your journey has been this long, so far. We're at the 2.5 year mark so i feel your pain.
