veggie burgers, organic mac and cheese, and mixed veggies. Trying SO hard to up the veggie content in my diet.

 now that I live in NJ and have access to DQ, I'm amazed I don't go more often!
At our staff holiday party, they had a DQ ice cream cake. I can't believe my revelation- after years of being a Carvel devotee - nothing beats a DQ ice cream cake- NOTHING. That little layer of fudge takes it over the top!

I'm FORCING myself. I've been baaaad for months now. I figure if I'm not gonna get my arse to the gym I better eat healthier! I still have my lapses though.

We had Panini's from La Bottega. I was on my feet baking Christmas cookies all day so there was no way I was cooking!!

started out with ravioli for dh and ds. i ate 2 myself but got ridiculously nauseous. s
so now i'm just trying to choke down some crackers with almond butter and flavored seltzer

i had lasagna. then for my next dinner i had a bowl of chii w/ rice then i had a bowl of kashi cereal. next i had melon and a little left over thai.
I feel like the hungry little caterpillar. I should add that my meals all fit on salad plates --im a grazer.
