All messed up

Okay so last month my AF was like 2 weeks late. This month so far she is 9 days late. I got myself super excited last month thinking OMG Maybe Im pregnant, took a test..........negative and ended up gettin AF like a few days later. I havent taken a test this time around because I dont want to get all excited and then take a test and it be negative again.
Why all of a sudden when I used to get AF like clock work is she playing games on me. Im so

Are you sure AF is late?

I think this is probably one of the biggest misconceptions when we start to TTC.

I did the same thing.. thought I was 9 days late, was convinced I was pregnant... and then got AF.

I know how frustrating this is!

Do you know when you ovulated?

Did you come off birth control recently? Are you using an OPK? If so -do you have a consistent time from the positive OPK to AF? Maybe you just O'd later than you expected?

I got married last November and stopped BC when we got back from our HM. I was scheduled to get AF on December 2

ETA I was sick Thanksgiving time and the DR put me on meds. Is it possible that this could be a reason as to why Im late this month? Thats what my hubby thinks?
