My delicious turkey lasagna....
I use ground turkey instead of beef....
SOOOOOOOOOOOO filling and I dont put a lot of pasta....
I also sneak in mushrooms and peppers and zucchini....
Yummy if anyone wants the recipe...
Id love to share...

I'm not sure...it's too cold outside. I really don't want to venture out in the cold for food. Maybe something from the vending machine- or I can convince my co-worker to pick me up something from outside.

I would LOVE a BLT w/mayo but will probably opt for something healthy like turkey & light mayo on a roll or bread

Soup from the cafeteria downstairs  (I hate the cafe in our building!), but I have a Dr. appointment at 1:00 and don't have time to run out and grab something before hand.
