is this normal?
This is my first month off the pill. I'm on CD24 and haven't gotten my happy face yet. I feel like almost every other day i have cramping as if i'm going to get my period, but nothing happens, no spotting, no happy face. Is this normal till my cycle regulates?

Really, it could be anything. It's your first month off the pill and unfortunately the pill sometimes hides other issues. It could definitely just be your body regulating. You probably won't know for a few months..

some people just don't ovulate after coming off the pill right away.
I was lucky and ovulated the month after, but a close friend, didn't ovulate for 8 months. On a plus side - the first month she DID ovulate - she got her BFP.

thanks. i really hope it doesn't take 8 months to ovulate, that would be a nightmare!
